Our team

One of the keys to our operation is we give university students and graduates solid work experience as paid interns. We are committed to developing and supporting young people who often struggle to get their first job because they lack the requisite experience. Many who have walked in as second or third year students go on to stay another year in full time employment and then leap frog into their dream role. One of our first was just awarded a young leadership award from MBIE.

Sitting alongside them some very experienced recruiters (with over 60 years collective experience) who share their expertise and guide the team to deliver the best customer experience they can.
