Stage One - Applicant attraction
Consultation |During a 20 minute discussion with one of our team, we will help define the role, determine your desired criteria in an applicant and understand the key selling points of working for you.
Advertising |We use that information to draft your job advertisement which is sent to you for approval. The ad is uploaded within 48 hours to numerous job boards, TwoTicks website, social media and your selected advertising sites (if you've chosen paid advertising). The ad can be edited anytime and displayed with or without your branding.
Database Search | We search online and in-house databases for profiles matching your requirements and invite suitable people to apply. We subscribe to LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek's Premium Talent Search, Indeed's, and our own TwoTicks database with thousands of individuals at our fingertips, ready for us to contact!
Stage Two - Application processing
Advertising response | All applicants are registered, ranked against your job criteria and loaded into our database.
Phone checked| Every applicant is contacted by phone to check eligibility.
Shortlists| You receive a list of all applicants ranked 1-5 - 1 being meets all criteria through to 5 meeting little of the criteria. We update this weekly. We usually recommend you interview the top applicants as soon as possible.
Stage Three - Applicant hiring
Information|Free resources on our website to help you with interviews, reference checking and completing the hire.
Ongoing support|We are available any time you need guidance or just to talk things through.
Job completion|We will notify everyone who applied if they haven't been successful - it's courteous and respectful, and maintains your "brand reputation".
